Anna Kaplan
Anna Kaplan is a PhD student in American University's Department of History. She has a BA from UNC-CH in Anthropology with minors in Folklore and Creative writing, an MA from Columbia University in Anthropology, and an MA from Columbia University in Oral History. Her studies focus on memory and the Civil Rights Movement in the US South. Her goal is to do a combination of teaching in universities and working in museums.
